underwhelming stay, villa issues
dirty floor german language
I arrived late, tired, and thirsty. no welcome drink was offered, not even water. the villa felt unclean. The parkett floor was dirty. the cleaning team didn't wash our cups, so we had to wash our own dishes? also, the red ladies didn't speak german well enough to solve problems.

Really good Hotel Stay
attentive staff wonderful food great facilities clean hotel
The staff was very attentive to our children, especially Murat. The food was wonderful for everyone and the hotel offered great facilities for both adults and children. Cleanliness was apparent throughout the cute hotel. I found the sea view room lovely.
Some of the sunbeds looked slightly worn.

The buffet offered very good variety and quality of food. The hotel served good quality alcohol drinks, both local and foreign as well as fresh juices. Restaurant waiters were very well trained and always ready to help.

The pools and the beachfront were beautiful and well kept. The beach was sandy and clean with snow-white sunbed covers. Wooden decking on the beach was brushed several times daily. I found the pool bar excellent.
